Hula Hoop presented by HOOP Montréal

Friday 7th and Saturday 8th September

Participants will learn basic hula-hoop movements, such as body and hand rotation as well as some nice transitions. These movements will then be applied in a short Hoop Fitness session.

Friday: 6:00pm – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
